If they were throwing it around where someone could take a picture, I wouldn't feel sorry for them.

Like saying if someone leaves their car unlocked then clearly they should get robbed. You can feel less sympathy but this is clearly predatory behavior.

You should probably come up with a relevant example. You equate theft to looking at someone in public. Is it a reasonable expectation to go in public and expect people to not look at you?

The issue isn't LOOKING at someone in public, it's sneaking around to photograph them under their clothes.

DO NOT use this as an excuse to expose yourself in public. No one is interested in seeing that.

I may be naive, but I feel that the fact that this was a sting operation prosecution had something to do with the ruling.
