Anyone who has driven in congested traffic enough knows what causes accidents... unless they're the offenders.

When people have to slam on their brakes to swerve around some a-hole who isn't going with the flow of traffic, or even the speed limit, that's when accidents happen.

1. Rubbernecking
2. Fatigue
3. Drunk Driving
4. Speeding
5. Aggressive Driving
6. Weather

Stick that in your tailpipe and smoke it.

Based on my experiences, I call bullshite.

No. I guess I should say slower than the flow of traffic.

There is also a minimum speed.

Mfers drive slow in Atlanta deserve to get wrecked. Im so happy for this law to pass.

Here the limit doesnt dictate speed, the flow does. Join the crowd or get run over.

Yes. Because the majority of people choose to ignore that law and pretend its the minimum. Not going with the flow of traffic obviously causes problems.
