I think I said this earlier, much less eloquently. Basically, I let my kids eat whatever from a young age, even food they dropped on the floor. And they get sick much less than our friends kids who coddled their kids diet.

Eating all of those boogers as a kid probably saved my life.

My kids were on a strict quota of 2 doorknobs a day. Lick two doorknobs and keep the doctor away.
