I do like nice things, and my biggest addiction are new clothes.

I used to wear a watch all the time, I was like the only kid that did. Cause I liked to know what time it is, now I have a phone. Wearing an expensive watch is what is accepted as the classy way of wearing a bunch of gold chains. It's just a way of showing you have money without being as over the top with it. If its a family heirloom, I could see that. But otherwise it's just bling bling.

Excluding wearing one for weather conditions, diving, swimming, etc.

A friend of mine had a watch that could turn off the tv. The funniest thing I ever saw in 6th grade was him turning off a tv. Three classrooms were trying to watch a movie together. The movie would play for 3 minutes and he would turn it off. The teachers were all confused. They ended up going to the library to get another tv, and he killed it too.

We weren't allowed to have calculator watches in elementary school.

I may or may not have an unhealthy addiction to buying craft jewelry on Etsy right now. Maybe.

In all seriousness, when it comes to jewelry I like stuff that's unique. Simple, but unique. It can be $20 or $100 bucks.

Probably my favorite piece of jewelry I've bought there thus far...

I do sell a lot of clothes on Ebay though. I sell everything I own when I grow tired of it.

I got my first cell phone in 1994, before schools had rules against using them during class. My friends and I would sit in class and prank call the teacher, making him stop lecturing and go to his attached office to answer the call. It was hilarious to our 15 year old brains.

$100 is about my limit, but I have a white Topaz necklace that I spent a few hundred on that I have definitely gotten my money's worth. It goes with everything.

Belle, those calla lilies are gorgeous. They look like they'd be very versatile. I've never thought of looking on Etsy for jewelry.

I have a weakness for necklace/earring sets, especially for work. I feel more together when they match perfectly.

I've got a very nice watch that hasn't been on my wrist for over a year.

I'd get an Omega just because I like the look, but I'd never wear the damn thing.

ETA: this one

I wish I could wear earrings, but they always cause issues. I'm a sucker for bracelets though.
