For some reason I remembered this event today. I had to look it up to remember the details. If you are too young to remember, basically some klansmen and other mercenaries from the US and Canada conspired to overthrow the Prime Minister of the Caribbean Island of Dominica to set up another ruler. While attempting to load a boat for the journey, the were arrested on weapons charges and a violation of the Federal Nutrality Act. Though I don't condone the violent overthrow of another nation, it is interesting that it is illegal, or at least some law was applied. Isn't that basically what the US was doing with the Bay of Pigs and most of our other recent conflicts?

Laws are relative, when it comes to Governments. The Monroe Doctrine vs The Falkland Islands, for example. "In God We Trust" and "Whatever the frick We Want To Do".
