Cut it off, Drain the pressure tank completely, then turn it back on.
If that doesn't work, there should be a mechanism on the side of the well that is connected to the pressure gauge that you can adjust to where it automatically kicks the well back on when it goes below a certain pressure. You may have to turn up the pressure setting. It's just a screw in the mechanism that you turn
