It is something Adam Silver is discussing. Not only does it help the playoffs it also helps the draft function correctly.
If we miss the playoffs we will be a 49 win team with a lottery pick.

Mavs won the season series against OKC and Dirk always goes HAM against them because Ibaka doesn't know how to guard him without fouling. We've got a shot.

Dallas definitely has a shot. Gonna need Ellis to play like a superstar along with Dirk beasting it up.

I don't see anyone beating the Spurs in the West unless they just break down physically.

Sort of why I wouldn't mind missing the playoffs too much. We aren't beating the Spurs, so take the 14 and a possible chance of extending our window.

I think LA can take them in a 7 game series. they have too much scoring depth and blake griffin has been playing great

The Clippers wont beat SA if it comes to that. They rely too much on their three point shooting and athleticism to beat a team like the Spurs.
