It's Indiana. Grace or class doesn't compute for them.

Normally I'd view a Kentucky fan lecturing about grace and class as a bit like an Alabama fan lecturing about proper dental hygiene. But since this is coming from Belle I imagine it's accurate.

Tenn shouldn't have to play a play-in game GBO

And I hate Tenn but that's BS

Eh. I think I have more of a problem with it because BYU for example got into the field of 64 and we're stuck in a play-in game. We did play three of the four top seeds and gave Virginia their worst loss of the season, but we also managed to get swept by TAMU and lose at Vandy. I thought we'd peaked at the right time and if we'd pulled out that game against UF yesterday...but alas.

Still, I think the Vols got a reasonable draw. If they can get past Iowa they get UMass, which would be better than being, say, a 9 seed that gets to play Arizona or something if they make it past the first game.

You caught Iowa at a great time. They've really been sucking it up lately. They just lost to Northwestern who is the worst teams I watched all year. Penn State beat NU at home 59-32. Iowa has no defense.

Well see, this is the kind of game where I think the Vols will show whether or not they've really gotten it together or whether the last several games of the season were a function of just awful competition. If Tennessee plays up to potential, I feel like they could smoke Iowa.

I guess my biggest question mark is was our game against Florida yesterday a reason for any kind of optimism going into the tournament. Was it a reversion to form (poor offense, sloppy fouls at bad times) or was it just a function of how good Florida is, and can we expect to stack up against Iowa the way we did down the stretch against Mizzou, for instance.

It'll be interesting. I feel like Tennessee is a real dangerous team that could bust a bracket, but at the same time it wouldn't surprise me all that much if they lost to Iowa on Wednesday. They're just that inconsistent.
