anyone know how to fix your sleep cycle? I'm tired of going to bed at 3 and waking up late. Also I don't want to go a whole day without sleeping.

Go to sleep when you normally do but wake up at 730 in the morning and stay up all day.

Adderall or Cocaine is helpful in extreme moderation. Obviously too much will leave you with the same problem.

how fast do you need to fix it? if you have a while you can ween yourself down by waking up like 30 mins earlier each day.

if not then id just wake up extremely early and force myself to stay up all day.

so my econ professor has the same views on multiple choice as i do. the class didn't enjoy finding out that he only gives short answer, I was like frick yea

Oh I know...Hence my suggestion of drugs. It's been misery waking up at 630 and it's freezing.

actually taking adderall my freshman year screwed up my sleeping schedule for years to come. Obviously There isn't any addy in my system anymore, but my body was fooled into thinking that 2 am is the new bedtime.

i moved my tuesday, thursday and friday workouts to the morning to force myself to get up early every day of the week. I didn't want my sleeping schedule getting jacked up

I actually got up at 4am to workout for the first time ever, so I am kinda tired, hopefully I don't wake up around 1 or 2.

first few times i took addy i couldn't go to sleep. Then I figured out that i could control that better if i grind it up and snort a few lines that way i get the rush and then i can still sleep.

My lady wakes up at 630 for work, so I've just adapted to that schedule. Love it. Feel so much better on normal people hours. I need to start working out in the am though, I'm so sluggish for the afternoon session.

the first few days are rough when you get back on that but I do prefer the mornings. I also like getting the workout out of the way early

thank you. and on the sleeping pattern thing, I went to a sleep therapist in high school and she helped a lot. I quit snoring and kicking as well as showing me ways to adjust my sleeping pattern. Just a suggestion
