Currently playing a set of MP-32s and MP-R wedges.

Anyone bought new clubs they'd recommend?

If you wanna stick with Mizuno's they'll announce new ones in early September.

Im not at that point but I don't play enough anymore to put a consistent strike on it. Just wondered if anyone had a recent purchase they were really happy with.

716's have had a good reception. Both the ap1's and ap2's. I currently game 714's, and am very satisfied.

not new but they don't make a better looking (or performing) iron than the MP-59 IMO.

I'm partial to my MP-32s but I've been playing Mizunos for 17 years. Went from the 14s to the 32s about 10 years ago.

Getting fitted next Monday and going to demo some new clubs do I'll update this thread next week.

I got mine in 2006. I didn't play much after I got out of the Navy in 2008 and just started playing semi-regularly again. They are great when you're putting a consistent swing on them. Unfortunately....

At any rate I look forward to the input.

Went and tested a few irons today and was pretty disappointed with the facility. Not sure what they had the altitude set at but I was hitting 7 irons 200 yds. I couldn't do that 20 years ago.

I did like the feel of the Ping G, the Mizuno JPX and the Callaway XR. Going to try an find a facility with an accurate monitor and try them again.
