Yep. Fruit Punch spark tastes almost identical to kool aid. And I love me some kool aid.

Spark is legit and if you can, get some. I love coffee but haven't gone back.

When I don't have time for coffee, I usually keep green tea in the fridge. Green tea is the shite, but make sure you either buy the real shite from Asia In a bottle (expensive), or brew your own (what I do). Most stuff sold in american grocery stores is just green sugar water with little value.

I like iyemon or genmai...might take some getting used to the taste, luckily I had three years in Tokyo to acquire my taste.

Also if ya need a pick me up in the afternoon or morning, take a vitamin C and a vitamin B complex. The C helps break down the B and the B is what the cells in your body use to make ATP aka energy

Place adderall on your night stand before bed.

Set alarm for one hour before you need to wake up, as well as the alarm for your normal waking time.

When alarm goes off in morning, take adderall and go back to sleep until other alarm goes off.

Realize you are wide the frick awake when second alarm goes off.

Get a raise at your job.

I've had that problem with coffee in the AM. Sounds silly but here's the key...first thing in the AM warm up a cup of water, put a spoon full of Metamucil in it and drink it. Brew your coffee while you get your shower and get dressed. By the time your pour your cup of coffee your digestive system is already running smoothly thanks the Metamucil. Problem solved.

Spark uses artificial sweetener I believe. So drinking chemicals is probably not the best alternative. Plus, almost every month a new study comes out touting the health benefits of coffee. It really is good for you.

Those terms take me back to college. Ex phys major. Anyways, I'm in shape and eat fairly healthy. I don't need coffee to just wake up and live but absolutely need it, or some other form of caffeine, for a 5:30 workout sesh. Thanks for the tips

I know coffee is good for you in moderation but it's just messing with my stomach. I definitely don't want to replace it with something the equivalent of a red bull.

Some days I'll drink 4 or 5 cups at the office by 10 am. If I notice my stomach starting to get irritated, I'll make myself cut back. It usually helps to drink smaller cups.

Warm water with lemon (and sometimes a little cayenne pepper) has been my morning ritual for awhile.

It balances pH, hydrates superior to regular water, vitamin C in lemon, alkalizes body, and definitely gives a healthy subtle energy boost.

What are your thoughts on magma being a good alternative? Or do you think it would tear up his insides.

I drink a pre-workout called Thermovex (Cherry Orange) first thing in the morning.

Room temp magma is ideal for ingestion.

This sounds laden with chemicals and artificial flavoring.

Seems like a risk to harden in your stomach.

Have you tried iced coffee? It has less acid and that's what irritates the stomach (for most, anyway).
You should give it a shot.

I second the B complex. I don't take Vit C with it though and it still does the job.
