No. Just a "I'm at the ballgame with so and so" "yay Cards win" post. Followed by separate post "_____ is in a relationship with _____". "<3"

damn man.

I'd 100% tell my friend about it. You can do it in a non-threatening way, and make it seem like no big deal and let him draw his own conclusions. For example, I'd say something like "…it was probably just a joke or something, but I figured you should know anyway".

In all fairness, I have seen jokes like that.

I have as well. But with the little amount of insight from 808, this seems shady.

She hid the change on her page but the relationship change is still public on the new beau's page even though we're not FB friends.

If he is your friend you act like a friend yourself and tell him. After that they can deal with whatever comes from it but as his friend you need to protect him. Better to hear bad news from a friend than from some random person and second or third hand gossip.

You should invite them to Church.

They need to be cleansed.

Not as edgy as your Facebook feed.

Should have linked her to a chastity cage for your friend.

I'm sure he's into that.

Call your friend and say "Wtf is that shite on your wife's fb page?"

Here is why I advise against doing that, the husband probably knows already, and everyone that mentions it to him, it's an embarrassment for him.

That's the kind of thing that will make a guy do some crazy shite.

I wouldn't worry about it. My girlfriend does this all the time. Every couple of weeks she'll change her relationship status to someone else. It's an inside joke with her group of friends and that's probably the case here.

I also agree with the other posters in this thread. If I was married, I wouldn't be the least upset with the guy that assisted in ruining my marriage. I would buy him a drink. She was going to cheat anyway and he was simply an innocent bystander wanting to have sex with a married woman. Haven't we all been there?
