I have a family member who did a residency there. Good things to say. I loved living there. As other have said, it's great for outdoor activities, there's a very good selection of restaurants and nice nightlife, even outside of college bars. There is a thriving downtown and arts community. Music, art and film festivals, along with all the college activities. You would love it.
