My wife had complications with all three pregnancies (lost one), so that would be a no, but if she didn't have those problems and it was for a brother/sister and she wanted to do it, then I'd be more than fine with it.

The wife of a good friend of mine carried her sister-in-law's baby for her. Talk about love.
