Its really shameful that the strike didnt go on longer. Would have liked to see if this guy really is ready to pull a mahatma Gandhi style hunger strike.

It has to do with the conditions and environment. Bottom line is if Wolfe addressed the issues that were concerning black students, then he probably wouldn't be stepping down. By addressing I mean just stating the university doesn't condone the actions. His refusal was his downfall

I guess you didn't know that the Nazis themselves hated black people too not just Jews. Or that most White Supremacist groups today also use the swastika as their symbol of choice.
