If I were the GM of that store I'd reprimand the manger for running after a dude in the parking lot over a soda.

The irony being that at that time I guarantee every fricking employee there had a cup of soda they didn't pay for hidden or hell, not lol in their possession. No one cares. L
I worked at MX dobakds 3 years in high school. I have literally poured myself a coke and drank it in front of the store owner. Owners know that 3-5% of all food products are going to be lost to "waste". Employees eating free shite, giving food to your gf that shows up, dudes asking for water and pouring coke, dudes getting a coke drinking it getting a free refill.. 3-5%. This is so stupid
I worked as a shift manager my senior year at one NC Donald's for 2 days and the GM got in my arse about me eating free French fries while in shift. We don't do that here. Finished my shift went back to the old mconald's the next day lol. Wasn't worth the 40 extra dollars a week.
