Yea no doubt his defensive speed is amazing. I watched a fight with my old boss one time and i was saying how busy the other fighter was and all the punches he was throwing, but my boss pointed out that he was dodging all of them. In real time it looked like the punches were landing but when you slowed the camera down you could see him moving just in time. Mayweather is a masterful tactical matador like that. And his hand speed is lightning quick as well. He may not knock you out but he knows how to jabb you to death and score points. For purists i guess thats what the sport is all about.

I was going to try to catch this at Ben's Apt but I have heard it will be too packed by ppl younger and able to drink for longer than me.

I've never seen either fight. Saturday may be the first boxing match I've ever watched all the way through. From what I've seen outside of the ring though, I'm not a fan of Mayweather. Pacquiao seems to be the quiet respectable type but I could be completely off base with that. Basically, I shouldn't even be posting right now

You're pretty much spot on. Mayweather is a dickhead, Pacquiao is friendly.

I stay way off The Strip on weekends like this, but it is the main topic of discussion everywhere. I've been killing it in my business the last couple days while people prepare for parties, but I'm about two and a half hours from this place being a ghost town.
This is the first Kentucky Derby since I've been here where nobody's really talking about it.
