Is it racism or preferences? I don't hate your trailer, I just prefer to live in a home.

Why does our preferences have to be characterized as hate?

My title is sarcastic.

The link goes to an article on the issue of racial segregation, with a title that reflects that.

Maps can't be racist. I did know a map that hated gays though.

I don't think it's so much about race as it is about cultural and class differences. Whites and blacks have huge cultural differences and just have a hard time integrating neighborhoods.

Look at the blacks whining about gentrification for example. White liberals need to stop assuming that blacks want to live around us. There's 2 sides to the coin

If an area is better, financially and crime-wise and just happens to be full of white people then it isn't my fault. People of all colors need to take care of their shite. Just because you're poor doesn't mean you can't afford to pick the shite up in your yard and somewhat improve where you stay.

Probably a little of both. There are areas on the Birmingham map that were predominantly white 20-30 years ago that are now predominantly black. When the blacks move in, the whites move out. Some of that is racism, some of that is wanting to be around people like you.

Pretty interesting stuff regardless.
