The police officer who shot Crutcher said she had never been as scared as she was at the moment she pulled the trigger. Someone like that does not belong in a police uniform.
The officer who was using the taser was taking a more appropriate action. It remains to be seen why a stalled SUV became a fatal encounter between police and an unarmed citizen.
Was the citizen belligerent because of being high on PCP or were the police officers frightened of a big African-American male? It sure looks like the officers mishandled the encounter whether or not the citizen was drugged.

Agreed, one way or the other.
If the guy was on PCP, the taser wouldn't have done shite.

I envy people that don't get sunburnt. I have had a broken foot and a broken toe and numerous other injuries (knees, shoulder) and the only thing worse than a sunburn is a messed up back. I'm not a ginger but I have blue eyes and sunburn just kills me.

How do you explain the position of his arm then? Does that look normal to you or does it look like he is reaching inside the car? His shoulder is up indicating his arm is forward. If his window is closed is he using super powers to reach through the glass?

Because there is nothing to say at this point. Let the facts come out and the evidence present itself. If the dude was innocent and killed, she deserves to go to prison.
