I believe someone in that extended family killed Theresa, and the Manitiwoc police were gonna help it be their man when they saw the proximity. They planted a key, "someone" moved her ashes to his burn pile and they pressured a notably retarded kid to go to prison with his uncle who was just overturned so he could finally go home and watch wrestling.

The one thing that gets me about the case and that I've never heard explained is how a deputy called in her license plate saying he found her car all the while they tell us her car was hidden at the Avery land

Can you help me know what you are asking? Are you asking if I give blowjobs hard? Why are you changing the subject in a thread about Brendan Dassey having his conviction overturned by a federal judge to if I give hard blowjobs?

Yes I can. Why are you abnormally obsessed with this documentary?

This might shock you but just about everything you've refuted to be false is actually the opposite of what you say.
I kind of feel bad for you.

Yeah I'm just abnormally obsessed with this and I'm the only one, right? Nothing going on here, nothing to see. Just federal judges overturning sentences.

I don't know if Steve Avery did it, but there's enough things to reasonably doubt about the evidence. And now a key testimony in his conviction who also went down in the trial has had it thrown out and his conviction overturned. This is bigger deal regarding the Avery case than your obtuse mind is admitting right now, or maybe realize.

Yeah I know. Thats what I said. So obsessed you lie to yourself about it and start multiple threads.

Your problem is you just want to believe he didn't so you ignore details that question that. Difference with me is I don't give a shite and just find it interesting

Holy hell you are retarded. The very first post refuted every single point you made. It is in no way clear he killed he her. He might have. He also definitely might not have. They key was planted. Once you acknowledge that, everything changes. Also, I'm not scrolling back up but some things you say the doc left out were actually in there multiple times. Imo it's clear you're just repeating what the scum bag prosecutor said

Dude, you're the one making a big deal about it. You got two guys in here saying they don't know if he did it (and they're the obsessed ones according to you) and you're the only one saying you know for sure.

You're talking about records have been released. Homie, a convict just got scheduled to be released!

By the way you keep only repeating that scum lawyers last couple talking points before he tucked tail and ran (specifically those points and none from the actual documentary) I'm wondering if you're not just the type who was too cool for school to watch the documentary at all and are just being a contrarian on things you're not in actuality very versed in.

Am I close? I think I am. I may not be in your driveway but I'm in your neighborhood. Admit it. You didn't actually watch did you?

Convict just had conviction overturned by Federal Judge. I'm baaing like a sheep. I think once a conviction is overturned, there's something to see there.

And? What kind of Mickey Mouse game are you playing here? Why do you give so many fricks?

Do you even know why? Also do you realize Brendan Dasseys statements weren't used in the SA trial? If you watched the documentary you would have known this.

It should have been. The defense should have shown the jury the video of the kids interrogation as proof they were coercing testimony to gain a conviction. Unfortunately Brendan Dassey was being taken to prison for video of said testimony. The same video of said testimony that got his conviction overturned 10 years later. The real question is without Brendan's fake confession, what proof is there that Avery did it.

You don't think these raise a question of doubt? The planted key, bones moved to burn pile, spotless crime scene in house/garage, Cop calls in vehicle found early even though supposed to be on Avery lot. That's cool I guess.

The question now is, does Brenden get a big payday for being wrongly inprisoned for 10 years or does he catch a murder charge by Manitiwoc Police just before collecting it.

I don't think there was enough evidence to convict Avery. Dassey never should have been charged.

The Avery Family is mighty creepy though.
