There are those who say Jesus will save us.
There are those who say Jesus was part of their plan to enslave us.

It might very well be that if the truth WAS successfully revealed in its entirety then the vast majority of us would be like, "Oh. shite. frick. Seriously? Well, hell, after weighing all the pros and cons I guess we're better off not fricking with it. I kind of wish I didn't know, after all."
I described it in another thread as "battered wife" syndrome.

The battered wife insists she's better off taking the beatings and sweeping it under the rug, hoping things will somehow magically change.

In reality, it doesn't change....and the next beating is inevitable.

I've posted this (some of it word-for-word) for years on this board, and every time, you're response is a personal attack.

it's reasonable to assume that Bush and Obama are political and ideological twin brothers committed to the same cause.
It goes back a lot farther than that...like 100 years.

Curious if anyone else that's dug down deep enough and really done their research, been made physically ill once it finally "clicked" ?

It hit me that hard. I almost threw up and felt like I had the flu for about a solid day and a half.

See, everyone has a different theory.

We could lay out evidence that it goes back 200+ years.

Or 500 years.

Or as mentioned above, 2000 years

At that point you wonder if maybe it's biological

Then you start sounding like a Nazi

Or perhaps it is spiritual

We have the numbers. (A physical revolution isn't needed).

Ultimately the real fix falls onto something we give little effort to understanding -- consciousness. A change of collective consciousness, which really isn't that difficult, is something I think can save us.
It's the only thing that can save us.

There's a reason that TPTB spend so much money, time and energy in controlling what information goes out to the masses.

The game is rigged in their favor. The answer is to simply quit playing the game.

To quote a famous First Lady, "Just say 'no.'"

But it has to be done collectively. As you pointed out, we have the numbers. But we must come together to get this done - which is why TPTB are constantly keeping us divided amongst ourselves (race, religion, class, etc.)

The world would change drastically overnight if we collectively decided to stop playing the game and no longer use their money, but rather create our own monetary system.

This, BTW, is a major reason why we're in the Middle East right now. Several leaders (in Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria) threatened to do just that, not only with an oil bourse but also with their central banks.

It makes me physically ill every time I think about it.....or when I read posts on this board that (knowingly or unknowingly) condone and enable such behavior.

Oh, absolutely. I was just pointing to a specific point in this country's history that IMO hammered in the final nail.

It's in desperate need of normal, regular, intelligent people sharing alternative views amongst each other.

Ideas move pretty quick through people nowadays, regular people believe other regular people, they don't believe fringe characters.

I wonder if TPTB underestimated what we would do in regards to the spread of information on the internet.

It's obvious to me now that the reason the internet was rolled out was to have a database of vital information on all of us.

I just wonder, given the race to control it, if the wildfire-like spread of information was underestimated?

Here's why I wrote what I wrote, battered wife albeit. We regular old middle class Americans ain't much to write home about. But our lives are exponentially better than are the vast majority of lives in the world. If I was starving in Zimbabwe it would be different. But I have air conditioning, hot water in 2.5 baths, and 3 refrigerators/freezers full of food.

Yeah there almost certainly is a tiny minority with inordinate global power. Yeah they don't give a damn if I live or die. But sometimes the ends justify the means. The ends are that I and my family have nothing to bitch about. Whatever "they" are doing I'm "winning". Why rock the boat when the boat's not sinking?

And then proceeds to take away even more power from the states that are the backbone of the constitutional republic in the 17th amendment, created the federal reserve and started taxing our fricking paychecks.

Woodrow Wilson is easily the worst president ever. frick him.

One of the better ones I've been in. Actual discussion instead of personal attacks. A rarity on this site.

Yes, I understood what you posted. And I agree, most Americans are of this belief.

It bothers me that a million human beings have been murdered/displaced in the Middle East for no other purpose but to keep the elite, elite. And my country being used to do the dirtywork, only adds to my discomfort.

There has to be a better way. I don't accept that this is necessary for me to have air conditioning, hot water, etc. Perhaps that's on me for being naive.

No, the boat is not sinking and hopefully won't in my lifetime. But when the boat is sinking, it's too late to do anything about it at that point.
