my SO is running 17 miles today
preparing for the Country Music Marathon on the 26th in Nashville
idk how yall do it
I hate running. I'd much prefer do 20 minutes of sprints than do ANY long distance

My workout is called the alpha workout. I got it from some workout pamphlet the last time i went to gnc before i started buying everything off amazon prime

after going through one whole cycle, I saw some pretty nice gains strength wise.
phase 1 4 weeks at 4 days a week broken into upper and lower body, 5 sets with 3 mins of rest between each set. the reps go down each set.
then phase 2 is 4 weeks at 6 days, 70 percent weight for 4 sets trying to hit out 8 to 12 reps with a minute between sets
then phase 3 is 2 weeks at 6 days, 50 percent with 20-25 reps resting a minute between sets.

I'm seeing gains in my arms right now, alcohol consumption keeps me from seeing it else where

my bench,squats and calf raises have all skyrocketed since the first use of the workout. I have seen size gains on my chest and back, not as much on my arms but i might just need to add more to arm day

I didn't mind Saturday's start because I was up anyway. Just dragging arse today. Especially knowing you're wired at least a good bit afterword when it's your team playing.

I'd at least liked to have known early. But I probably still wouldn't sleep when pissed off.
