I hope...but we've been on the PC bubble since the 1960s. I'm not so sure the bubble is going to burst. Or, rather, when the bubble bursts I fear it will be at a time of extreme social unrest. I think people are choosing to be willfully blind about the dangers present in the American political and societal environment.
Quite literally our country and traditional way of life is under attack.

The reason I think the bubble will eventually burst is the rise of social media. In the 60s, you could make a racial or sexist joke at work and nobody batted an eye.
Now people can lose their jobs just for stating their opinion on Facebook while they're sitting at home on their own couch.

I have to agree with this. I've seen some pretty scary Cajun bitches before. I'd hate to go into a bathroom and find out the dude pissing next to me is really Suzy Mae Thibodaux holding her beef curtains in her hand like and pissing like a man. This could take a lot of confusion out of things.

I've never heard of a transgendered person being murdered on LSU's campus. I'm sure you'll be fine using the men's bathroom, Peter.

You had to create two threads today about transgender people, you must have some sort of issue.
I personally don't see anything wrong with gender neutral bathrooms, jump in one to avoid lines. That's the beauty, no discrimination based on gender. Anyone can use it.
