That racking had to be overloaded to go down like that. Forklifts run into racks all the time and nothing that disastrous happens.

Had that happen where I use to work. Evening shift left and never mentioned it, we came in on graveyard and saw the carnage. Right at a million pounds of vinyl flooring hit the floor and nobody heard anything, so they said. Guy who did it never did own up to it.

Racks were overloaded and obviously had no anchor bolts in the bottom.

Idk what happened to the guy but it's negligence on the company
