What kind of work?
If life is mostly about procreating and producing viable offspring then the best solution would be to place the money in a trust and breed like a rabbit with smart and attractive women from all over the world to crate the widest genetic diversity.
On a side note for most taking the 100 million option. The government will screw you for half of it right off the bat and the and your future ex wives will screw you out of the rest of it, insuring you will remain a broke arse workin man till the day you take the dirt nap.
