No he is probably not. I have had cancer twice and it is very important to stay away from crowds as much as possible. The treatments drastically affect ones immune system and the last thing a cancer patient needs is to get sick in an already weakened condition. That is why you always see them wearing surgical masks if they are out in public.

Just think, if you were a pot smoker you would've just forgotten about all your old posts instead of having to go back and delete them all.

It's a make a wish come true foundation that asked ahead of time! You can't seriously defend this guy using seating arrangements or any other bs.

Just in response to

I am not sure how ahead of time the news team asked and all that. He does this kind of thing all the time, including like 10 days ago in Milwaukee so I assume there is some reason he was not able to this time.

I just don't think that this is the thing to judge him on as he actually does a lot for the fans and for the communities he is around.

I think people forget how many "little" requests these guys get. If they said yes to all of them, they wouldn't have a life.

John Cena works a schedule that other professional athletes don't come close to touching. Yet has managed to do over 300 visits for the make a wish foundation.

I could see not wanting to meet cancer kids every game. I'd need a break, that shite is depressing. I'd do my best to do some, but it would be nice if some other players could pick up the slack.

Lebron plays a game. That's what he does. He could take quite literally 1 minute to say hello or toss the kid a wet sweatband or something. I'm sorry but I take offense to someone who was born with a gift to play a game for their living, makes millions of dollars doing so and don't have time to honor these requests. Yes, I would do something for each and every one of them.

This.

Again, I have no love for LeBron, but come on, people.

How much of y'all's time do you spend going to children's hospitals to cheer up sick kids? I bet he does 100x the amount of charity stuff as most of you complainers do.

LOL..wut? WTF?..I mean, I don't even....

What do you not understand? When your immune system is as severely compromised as a kid with cancer who is likely on some form of chemo you can not afford to be around that many people at once. A common cold can kill you.

My brother was at St. Jude for 3 years trust me I know.

Such a feel good story! I wish folks in the south would open there eyes. Cannabis would make that kids life so much more enjoyable during his last days. Some things you can’t prevent but some things you can.

What's so funny about this is the fact that the article plainly says that the kid is on the road to recovery.
