With Week 1 already in the books, Gordon will be eligible to play after the Browns' next nine games, the source told Schefter.

Roger Goodell's Domestic violence punishment:

quote:

Violations of the Personal Conduct Policy regarding assault, battery, domestic violence and sexual assault that involve physical force will be subject to enhanced discipline. A first offense will be subject to a suspension of six weeks without pay. Mitigating circumstances will be considered, and more severe discipline will be imposed if there are aggravating circumstances such as the presence or use of a weapon, choking, repeated striking, or when the act is committed against a pregnant woman or in the presence of a child.

Still, is barely failing a drug policy that he would've passed with today's policy receives ten games while a ray rice level will be only 6

I mean, it's the policy. Dude shouldn't have been smoking pot and he knew that, I don't feel sorry for him.

Can you seriously watch the ray rice video and not think that deserves more time off than pot?

Well yes, but that was a knee jerk reaction. His officially stated new rules before the TMZ video were 6 games

I don't know about all that, I just don have a problem with the dude getting suspended for 10 games for multiple offenses.

Ray rice should be gone for the year at the very minimum

- only if they are set on having the personal conduct shite.

Roger G is the worst head of a league in my life time. That's including a lot of DBs

I agree with the 10 game suspension, but I don't agree with a worse offense being 4 games shorter,

Nfl players should be able to smoke Mary Jane on their own time.. They should not be able to hit women. frick the NFL's policy. NFL leaders are more greedy than the players .. Cowards...like Roger make $44 mill a year and they care about nothing more than revenue. frick them rich fricks. I have no respect.

I'm a big fan of Roger. He's made the brand a lot better since he's been around.
