I know how to pace myself.
Except when I was drinking coffee flavored Bacardi straight from the bottle last year and don't even remember going to the Red Bar and eat crab cakes. I don't eat crab.

The only seafood that I like is fried and grilled oysters.

I'm open to squid. I don't hate scallops but I don't like them either. Other than that... frick no.

Sea horse is an an acquired taste. By that I mean I doubt many have eaten a sea horse by choice.
Sting ray on the other and is so tender. You have to clean it quickly though or it spoils fast. Btw sting rays piss through their skin, so don't let the meat touch it.
