I'll put it to you this way, Cochon and La Petite were not the best meals I've had this week.

does bama do rental text books?

Not that I'm aware of, but I didn't really ask either. All I know is that she ordered her books online. That's great that SLU does that.

Going to law school and getting your CPA? Smart man. I've considered that route, or at least a similar one. I've got a friend that is a CPA with her Bachelors and Masters in Accounting, and she's thinking about going to law school now.

Right now, the plan for me is to finish out at the ol' CC, transfer to Alabama to finish out my Finance degree, and stay at UA for my MBA. Then, off to be a CFA or CFP. I haven't decided my end game, yet.

ohhhh okay. How is it having finance as a minor? I have considered double majoring in accounting and finance and going to UAB to take advantage of their Masters in Accounting Fast Track program, which allows a person to take Graduate classes while still studying for their Bachelors. The big appeal is that the Graduate classes are offered at the same price as the undergrad classes. That's what my friend did, and it saved her a ton of money, and she was graduated with her Masters 11 months after receiving her Bachelors.

I considered doing that and then going and getting my MBA on top of it.

its not bad, I might look into double majoring but its pretty late in the game. I was split on accounting and finance because i like both of them so i didn't decide to go accounting until this semester. My plan is to use the extra hours needed for sitting on the CPA to do finance classes. I like to keep options open

Sounds fun. Did you get an offer from that job in Anniston? We could practically high five from there.

Busting up clays is pretty cheap. Usually we spend more on beer.
