ISP Recommendations in Columbia, Missouri

There are a few companies/deals to choose from, and I'd appreciate your recommendations. We had Charter in South Carolina and it went out frequently.

Seems like the only options are Mediacom and Centurylink. I've used both and was really pleased with Centurylink. Mediacom was pretty blah mainly due to frequent internet outages which never happened with Centurylink.
