I know the judge socially. "Did you call the police officer a Nazi".
"Nevermind, this police officer is known for antagonizing people.
"Off the record, he antagonizes people, then arrests them for noncompliance".
He is ambitious. He thinks that his arrest record will get him promoted to SGT.
He works hard, but has no integrity.
