Open palm ain't called bitch slapping for nothing.

Once in a blue moon they'll just get out of hand and go too far.

Never punched a woman, but I have choke slammed one against a wall. Dated a girl in college who turned out to be certifiably insane, like locked up against her will insane. I broke up with her and she told a friend she would stab me..lol. Anyway, couple of nights later I woke up at 3 in the morning with crazy eyes leaning over me and staring. Not cool.

Kinda how I feel. I do not mind a woman getting punched right in the face if she thinks she can do whatever she wants physically to a man and have him just stand there and take it.

Personally, I've had an ex-girlfriend flip out and throw shite at me while I was sitting on the couch. Slapped it away while getting up and walking out her house and heading home without saying a word. Ignored her when she called about 10 times that night and for the next two days while she left messages apologizing. Never did that shite again either.

Had one that I slept with walk up and punch me in the face when she saw me a few days later because I didn't call her back. Figured I deserved it and told her I deserved it. She seemed satisfied with that and walked off. Good punch too, busted my lip up.

Haven't ever hit a girl, but like I said, if one was threatening me enough, would have no problem putting her in her place and teaching her she couldn't do whatever the frick she wanted if I needed to.

This is my line of thought as well.

No and no.

Now-if my life or the lives of my loved ones were in danger from one, I'd kick her right in the vajean. And maybe punch her.

I backhanded an ex girlfriend when she kicked my door in after showing up drunk at midnight and demanding to be let inside. I called the cops and warned her what was coming if she didn't chill the frick out. This bitch, who was certifiable, had already broken into my house once before after we split. My door came flying open before the police arrived and, true to my word, I backhanded her. Hard enough I split her lip. I immediately felt like shite. When the cops arrived, she tried to have me arrested to no avail. She then refused to leave with the officer and he had to physically restrain her and apply handcuffs. Like I said, she was certifiable. She got a warrant against me the next day for battery but when it went before the grand jury, they ruled I acted within my rights in defending my property.

Wait - you went before a grand jury for a domestic battery case where there was no arrest, but there was clear evidence of breaking and entering into your castle ... and you live in Alabama?

If that's true, then Alabama needs to have their Southern Card revoked.

Two question for you:

Are you a lawyer?

Are you a lawyer for a member's wife?

There are absolutely times when it's ok to punch the frick out of a woman. If a woman wants to put her hands on a man in an aggressive manner, then she should be prepared for the man to do the same.

Not all women are dainty little flowers. They shouldn't be treated as such.

I live in Louisiana. In this state, a person can get a warrant from a Justice of the Peace that calls for the arrest of another person without a shred of proof. They take that warrant to the sheriff who makes the arrest, then forwards it to the grand jury for consideration. Or at least it was like that 25 years ago. Much like how you can sue anybody for anything. May be a holdover from the days of French rule, I don't know. But it can sure cause a fellow some bad publicity and a lot of aggravation.

I haven't run into a situation IRL where a woman was justifiably punched. I have gotten into it with random guys who I've seen hit a woman. Been on the better end and worse end of reacting to those situations without thinking.

Is there a hypothetical situation where it could be justified? I suppose so.

no and no.

A man should be able to remove himself from a situation before it results in a violent act against a woman.
