Totally agreed. They made a business decision and whether or not she's racist is inconsequential. If there was no stipulation, then she will lose -- but if she picked the donor from a set of pictures and biographical information (which they generally do), she go'n' win.

This guy at my work is a tremendous a-hole. Everything about him screams Texan. He's loud, opinionated, slightly overweight, has a beer gullet and this chicken wattle of a neck that joins with his chin to make a super neck. He makes snap decisions on things, fully commits to them quickly and is quick to verbally massacre anyone who offers any information that might conflict with his chosen course of action.
He is of course an Aggie Alum who drives an enormous F-350, decked out in A&M stickers, as his daily commuter. If I were a less thoughtful guy I'd have pooped in the back by now.
To be fair though a buddy of mine in our sister battalion is an Aggie and is super cool so it balances out I guess.

I'm not making it up, another guy at my work is a Clemson alum and is actually one of my favorite senior leaders. He's awesome at his job and we always talk football after meetings. I don't let school affiliations prejudice me against people, this one Aggie guy is a jerk though. Real talk.
