I've gotten 3 promotions in the past 8 months and it's great. There's always opportunity to move up if you work hard and some people just don't want to put in the extra effort. I've been busting my arse since day one.

I have zero aspirations for management. The outside sales job I want makes about 25-30k per MONTH. My dad runs a branch for the same company and he wishes he would have stayed in industrial sales because he made more money.

Seems like a lot, but when you grow up with 'em, it doesn't feel that way was great getting to see them all last month.

"Only" 5 of them are still at home. Older four are either college grads or in college right now. Love 'em all to death.

Oh wow that's insane. I shouldn't be surprised though. I know several people here in mississippi that make bank selling fertilizers, pesticides, seed, etc... Being a good salesman is one of the best professional (and personal) traits you can have. Hell I even know a few car salesmen that make 15-25k/month.

There are a lot of industrial plants in Alabama and there is a constant need of electrical supply. Add in all the commercial applications and contractors in the state. This shite is booming right now.

There's some new movie that is coming out being billed as RTT for a new generation, but nothing can top those performances, IMO.
