Well I found some frick ups while I was setting some I-beam frames tonight and I gotta get with the day shift (which I happen to be on) and show em what to fix. Only reason I was there longer than 12 hrs was because the frames didn't get there until 7:30 tonight and we had concrete scheduled for 6am so they had to be set and I'm the only field engineer on this job.

Yeah the hell of it is it was built by guys at our yard and they have had 5 days to get it done so they decided to start on it this morning knowing damn good and well that I needed it before lunch today.

Nah we are just way busy (4 bridges,2 industrial shut downs, 2 new buildings, and several smaller projects) and don't have enough personnel is all.

We have a good rep and most of these are repeat customers it's just that time of year and finding good help is a bitch with the oil and gas people paying stupid money for anyone with a pulse
