I think that I just like stouts that taste like pure coffee or chocolate.
Speaking of chocolate, I made some delicious smores cupcakes with homemade marshmallow frosting last night. I only ate one, and I let the boyfriend take the rest to his parents today. I wish I would have kept a couple because now I want one. He took 22 of them.

Those look delish. 
And Belle, the whole breakfast connotation makes it unappealing to me for some reason. I dont really like oatmeal by itself either so maybe thats it.

Yum. A friend of mine made some ice cream cupcakes last night for her SO's birthday and has my cupcake stand/carrier. Just getting it out for her to borrow it has given me the cupcake baking itch.

I haven't made cupcakes in quite awhile. I used to fix them for work all of the time when we'd do birthdays and such but we had to squash that because of some asshurt coworkers.
I might fix some tonight for Mother's Day and give some to my Mom and Grandmother. Sounds like a good enough excuse.
