I'm seriously about to start popping pills until I fall asleep. I haven't slept since Friday.
I cannot continue crying all day. I'm thinking that I have some serious depression and that maybe I should see a doctor. I would think that this depression would pass though.

Don't be afraid to see a professional about it. Nothing wrong with doing that following a traumatic event. It's not a panacea, but it can be a steadying influence at least until the strongest emotions run their course.
