I have only my oldest with me this weekend. We went to his favorite restaurant tonight but I'm going to grill the frick out of some steaks tomorrow night.
And drink beer. He'll have A Dr Pepper.

You ever injected butter into steak?

not injected, but if I ever do one in a cast iron skillet, I start with EVOO and finish with a stick of butter, applying liberally at the end.
