I saw this group play in Biloxi at a bar testing stuff out for this CD. The drummer was friends with the AD of St Stan.

I think its Twizter that just screws with me at times...I dont understand a word he is rapping. The beat though is usually good

That's a good one.
I had a buddy in AIT with me who LOVED that "Citizen/Soldier" song. He was going active duty and I was going national guard and he always fricked with me about it. He was CRUSHED when I informed him that song was about national guard soldiers.
This song gives me chills when the band kicks in.

That new commercial for juice or something that uses this song brought to my attention that my wife had no idea this song existed.
We're only a year apart but her parents are younger than mine, so we listened to vastly different music growing up.

That is not even their best song. They are from Tulsa and I love their music.
My mom would make me listen to all kinds of music. I was huge EWF, Commodores, etc fan. I also listened to a lot of Rock and Country growing up in Arkansas.

Dude hell no. I love that song! And it's been sampled a good bit through the years, so I don't know that I'd call it underrated. However, any excuse to post it is good for me.

Reason I say under rated is you say Kool and the Gang the first song they mention usually is Celebrate.
