IM feeling a little sad tonight.

Got news a while ago that a childhood friend lost her husband today in a motorcycle accident. They have 4 kids, the oldest just went into the Marines. I can't imagine what she's going through.

Thanks. Her oldest son, who was with him, passed away early this afternoon, head injury. I just can't imagine. I'm heartbroken for her and her family.

Semo, that is sad news. My wife and I were almost killed in an accident at the end of last year thanks to a drunk driver. It's sad that these kinds of things happen.

Why not? Somebody has to pay for the funeral and trust me, it ain't cheap. Do your parents/siblings/friends a favor and take out a $10k policy. Doesn't cost but a few bucks a month and your arse wouldn't burden someone else to cover the costs.

Very sorry to hear this kind of stuff. I could not imagine that scenario. These kind of stories are the #1 reason I sold my motorcycle.
