I'm pissed some kid today broke a rod I like to use Pearch fishing. Then another spidered my baitcaster as I was helping another get free from a tree.

They sent me an email saying it'd be delayed for 48 hours. I meant to call them, but Aggiebelle called me and I ended up going to sleep right after.
DVD gets released on the 29th, though. Happy because that'll give it time to get here. Giving a copy to my little brother as a graduation gift next month.

I'm thinking about gifting him the commemorative book myself. Already ordered it, and if it's good, I'll give it to him along with the DVD and order myself another book

I was visiting my daughter and when I had to leave after a week of spending time with her, I was having a serious talk about why I had to leave and that I would be back and call her often.
She wanted a marshmallow. Her mother told her to say goodbye to me first.
"Bye daddy. Can I have a marshmallow now?"
It cracked me up. She got the marshmallow, we had a real goodbye, and she sat on the porch and watched me leave. Manly tears were shed.

On another note, one of my friends did a cute mother a solid today. The lady had a string hanging out of her bathing suit bottom, and my friend went up to her and let her know.
