If I manage to finish out my degree, I don't really think I would have the desire anymore. It's more of a "I cannot stand college because I am a bad student" sort of thing.

I can't be drafted because of that rule where I'm the last male in my family to carry on our family name.

Does this count if I have a younger sibling already in the USMC? If not definitely that. Too bad I'm 4F.

only draft young men who are from below the Mason-Dixon line. Save the intelligent ones to run the country.

This.

ETA: If I had to pick a combat role, fighter pilot. I have the vision for it (the only physical quality I have that would actually significantly stand out among a shitload of draftees).

I figure if you get drafted your can't do "skilled" things like be a pilot or go special forces. You'd probably be a grunt. Unless you enlist early?

What would yall think the war could be over though?

Chinese debt? Nukes in North Korea?

I definitely think it would be nuclear war. But what would cause it?

I've even heard theories on shortage of water supply.

I'm not going to fight or die for a bunch of piss ants like Obama, Bush, etc. They'll shoot me long before I'll be a sheep for them. The cowards are the ones too scared to stand up to the draft; whoever comes to force me is going to be the first to die in the war. Make your sacrifice an act of honor not an act of a mindless sheep.

Wouldn't happen. The draft at least. But, I would definitely go Air Force.

Once they saw what I could do they'd make an exception.

It would be hard for me to decide. Love the marines. I had an uncle who was a Lt.Col., but my dad was in the Air Force, and grandfather in the Navy, so I don't know.
