Are you saying it's wrong to order a coke at a restaurant?

If yes, I think you're thinking about it too much.
I'm saying I don't. It wasn't a conscious decision. I realized that I don't, and I thought about why, and here's why.

Sometimes I get the glass bottle coke if it is lunch.

Don't know why...but it always has tasted better in a glass bottle.

And it's very common to add peanuts to Coke in a glass bottle around here.

Ug, sweet tea. I would rather drink non-alcoholic beer.

I have a problem with neither. I like the taste of beer.

Sweet tea is always TOO sweet for me.

Me too, but non-alcoholic beer usually doesn't taste like good beer. I would rather drink water than an O'Doul's or even a Bud Lite.

It just seems kind of juvenile and undignified.

It's a soft drink. Nothing juvenile or undignified about it.

Rarely ever drink any type of soda.

I wouldn't really say they are poison, but they do have a lot of sugar in them and I think parents should consider that.

Sometimes I'll drink one thing, but other times I'll drink something else.

It's a fascinating topic.

I don't order Cokes at restaurants because I'm a cheap Jew bastard and I'm not paying $2.50+tax+tip for a non-alcoholic beverage.

Pizza and Coke is ok to order if you don't feel like/can't do beer IMO

So drinking one beverage is juvenile while drinking another is more mature?

What a waste of bourbon.

Coke and whiskey I get as there are some terrible whiskeys out there, but anything added to a good bourbon is just a damn shame.

Heck, I even like my EKY mineral water plain or crushed with some fresh fruit.
