Nothing I would call near death/should have died but a couple of things had potential.
(1) Flipped a car a 60mph at slid upside down into a tree. Had my seat belt on. Only injury was a small cut on my hand I got when exiting the car.
(2) While extinguishing a house fire, had a chimney collapse and come crashing down inside the same room my partner and I were working in.

Flipped 2 trucks before I was 19.
Picked up a rock that a copperhead was underneath.
Was found alone on a mountain by Sandinistas on Hondurus/Nicaraguan border.
I used to stay in Juarez for weeks at a time.
I had a bull try stick his horns in my femoral artery.
One time I told my wife that the pants did indeed make her look fat.

I went to a Boys Town Donkey Show high on mushrooms and nearly died from laughter.

Had 2 brain surguries for a hematoma after a innertubing accident.

Fell asleep on major roadway (not quite interstate, but it was 55MPH with no divder) and thankfully swerved over to the right just as a I saw a vehicle
2nd was last june, and I hit a piece of road debris on I-275 on one of Detroit's west suburbs. I hit the guard rail and spun, but no injuries thankfully. However, thank god for a semi truck being able to merge to the inner lane.

I was in a small plane crash that killed two people. I've been in another that was rough but no one was seriously hurt.
Besides that, been pretty lucky. Several auto accidents, no injuries from them.

Twice and both were car related.
