Technically I think you would be classified as a binge drinker. But that's bullshite I think.

Loads of people can handle their alcohol who is anyone else to judge them for it.

Meh. I don't really care for definitions, but I have my coffee in the morning, a couple of drinks at night.

I also get a craving a couple of times a year for Thanksgiving dinner. I'll roast a turkey, make mashed potatoes and gravy, dressing, corn, pinto beans, and yeast rolls.

I'm not a binge eater :)

Yeah you have me there I can mow down some chow!

Everything in moderation. If you eat too much you get fat. If you drink too much you won't show up for work in the morning. Then what? Sign up for WIC and an Obamaphone? No thanks.

I wish more people could view it as such. There's nothing wrong with indulging in some vices. Moderation is such a forgotten art in today's society.

Just Friday and Saturday now. Used to be probably 5 nights a week but I feel much more refreshed in the mornings for work if I don't drink at all.

People today are different. Its all or nothing. I used to get my arse beat at school then knew I had another one coming when I got home for getting in trouble at school.

Now kids get a time-out and a compliment for handling the timeout with dignity.

Anyway, back to drinking. I had a couple of Scotches. Now I'm having fresh strawberries, with sugar, and sweet tea. Cheers to you Patton.

Back to drinking indeed. I'm 3 White Russians and two fingers of jack deep. This is nice.

Usually 2-3, almost always Friday thru Sunday. It was 5-6 during the undergrad school year and just about everyday during the Summer, but med school is far less forgiving and I dont get Summer breaks anymore.

My drinking usually only involves getting drunk during football season though. I've been drunk exactly twice since November and one of them was New Years Eve during the Chicken bowl. For some reason the day I hit 25 hangovers got a hell of a lot tougher to deal with and it took way less to get one. Nowadays I'll wake up with at least a headache if I have more than 4-5 drinks and if I go as hard as I did in undergrad I'm useless for about 36 hours.

I have a beer each night when I get home from work. I no longer have the stamina or commitment to get really drunk.

For the most part just about everyone hits a point where the body stops dealing with alcohol as efficiently as when they were younger, usually around 30 in my experience. I definitely hit the wall sooner than my friends for whatever reason. No idea why, I eat fairly well, exercise six days a week and dont have any liver or kidney problems.

Two days a week for me. Friday and Saturday, usually 4-5 drinks (mostly beer, occasionally wine).

Even one glass of wine and I feel like hammered shite for two weeks. If I really tie one on, then I hurt all week long.

I was in Tuscaloosa this weekend for my 20 year pledge class reunion and we went to Galette's on Friday night. I had one Yellowhammer.

My bones are still hurting.
