Love some slaw. I'll eat it however. Scoop it with fries, put it on a bbq sandwich or just eat it alone. I don't like a vinegar based slaw though.

Eat as a side w/ BBQ, fried fish or a mess of dried Lima beans. Eat as topping on hot dogs and occasionally on burgers or BBQ sandwich.

How can you have a fish fry without cole slaw? The trick is using just enough mayo and red wine vinegar with salt & pepper to taste. It has to ferment overnight in the fridge.
I throw is a splash of sriachi sauce in mine right before it's served up.

Homemade, vinegar based slaw for me normally, as a topping on BBQ or accompanied with something fried. Cock-of-the-Walk cole slaw is the best store/restaurant slaw I've had
