You can tone down the heat immensely by slow smoking the habenaros first. Adds nice flavor too. I do that then grind up the rest along with scotch bonnets with the mortor and postal for Jerk rubs. Absolutely delicious. You can also make your own peppered vodka in a similar way. I made a horseradish vodka last year that made the best bloody Mary's.

Anyone ever had Pickspeppa ? Not hot, but sling some on some cream cheese and serve it with your favorite saltine cracker and sliced peppers. So good for a quick snack that speeds up your metabolism for the day.

Crystal and Louisiana are tied atop my list. Tabasco sucks. I like crystal better in soup and Lousiana better on fried chicken, sandwhiches, oysters.

Tiger sauce is good shite but I don't really consider it "hot sauce"
