The best thing for a hemorrhoid in my experiece is this little plastic thing you freeze water in. I can't remember what its called or where I got it. But its like a sleeve you fill with water and then freeze. Makes it go away at least for a little while.
In short, its like a popsicle for your butthole. Maybe I found it on Pinterest. I can't recall.

Ah yes of course, the ole butthole popsicle. 
I get em from benders from time to time. Beer shits after a weekend of solid drinking can wreck shop. They aren't ever bad though and go away quickly.
