Since I lost my gallbladder, that is pretty much every meal for me. On the positive side, I never have to worry anymore about it hitting me at an inopportune time, because it is 100% going to hit me within 20 minutes of eating.

Anytime I eat anything with sour cream I get the runs, which sucks cause some of the best food my gf makes has sour cream in it.
