The way your title sentence is structured you're saying "Guys with tattoos get laid more than guys who don't get laid." It doesn't really make sense.
What you meant was "Guys with at least one tattoo get laid more than guys without"
Or you could have said "Guys who get at least one tattoo get laid more than those who don't." That would've been fine also. As of now, it's grammatically incorrect gibberish.
Maybe you can tell from this post I don't have a tattoo.

I have a buddy of mine who always shows me pictures of the chicks he's kadoodled and I always laugh at him because they're never attractive.
It is pretty simple though:
High risk behavior includes tattoos, smoking and drinking in excess. People who have these behaviors are more likely to have anonymous sex, whereas people without these articles are less likely to do so.
So yes, they probably do, just with, as stated, super loose trashy women.

One woman's perspective... I've never had sex with a guy that had a tattoo. Not saying it's out of the question, but it hasn't happened yet. Just not my type.
